I ordered from Lenny's two days in a row, the first day I ordered they had gotten my order wrong so I called back and they sent me out another order and that was wrong, I let that go because I figured it was late in the day and people were probably tired and the customer service was ok .so I gave it another try the next day it was an awful experience..we waited over an hour for our food to find out that they had just left it sitting on the steps... the person I talked to said that it wasn't their problem because they knocked.... usually they will call if they don't get an answer, I WILL NEVER ORDER OR SUPPORT THEM IN ANY TYPE OF WAY EVER AGAIN!!!

Went there today with my daughter 12/20/19! Best Corn Beef I’ve ever had! OMGOodness!! Great customer service! Definitely will be back a LOT:)!

Called right before lunch rush. Asked for curbisde pickup, they obliged. The lady who picked up the phone named Gina was super nice and helpful. You could tell they were busy but she still gave a 5 star experience during a difficult time. Kudos to her for keeping calm and keeping it real!

Terrible service, so bad that I wrote a review, and I never write a review. I still haven't received my food which I ordered 3 hours ago!! The first time I reached out, "oh foods on its way," an hour later, "sorry about that we're busy." The third time I reached out, "something must have happened, sorry about that." Completely unprofessional, there located in Owings Mills, and I live in Owings Mills. I could have been to Virginia based on how long it took this food to arrive. I will never order from them again!

Was just reminded why I do not go to Lenny’s. Went to pick up my egg sandwich with a bagel and cream cheese and home fries. When I got to my car I noticed there was no cream cheese. When I went back in and asked for cream cheese it was an ordeal to get cream cheese so instead I was handed a package of cream cheese for $2.17 to go with my six dollar breakfast.

It's easy to get (location), food is fresh, well seasoned, cooked to order (depending on what you order). Service is always friendly & helpful. The place is always clean. You can eat in or take out. Easy access for the disabled.

The staff was very professional and pleasant. All of the staff were wearing their mask properly and wearing gloves. I brought my employee here for the first time , but this is my 4th time. We both got sandwiches and salad. The sandwich was huge as usual and the salad was fresh i also got a chicken wing box and the chicken was fresh and flavored well. I will definitely be going back very soon!

In fairness, I haven't tried the corned beef or the pastrami, which are probably the best things to eat at any Jewish deli. That said, the sandwiches I've had in a few trips trips here were pretty bad. They add a lot of sugar to their tuna and chicken salad, which in my opinion, makes them basically inedible.Another time, I had a BLT, which was fine I guess but also way overpriced at $9.50 for a pretty small sandwich. There are much better choices in the area. Why go here when you can hit The Essen Room right down the street?

Been coming here for years so I'm a little biased as I always get the same breakfast sandwich!The staff has been the same for years so you'll definitely feel at home and appreciated, even when service is busy! Don't forget to ask for a Lennys card so you can rack up some points ! Sad I'll be leaving soon but if I ever move back to MD I'll be moving nearby :) my friend had the cheese and grits, he said they were amazing. The cheese penetrated all of the grits without making them too soggy or dry. I was concerned because it seemed like a lot of cheese but he said it went through perfectly adding the right amount to flavor (he said it tasted like nacho cheese). He didn't have to add anything extra to make them taste good ! my sandwich is good per usual! We got back in line and got a Reuben with Pastrami instead of the regular meat ! It was delicious !

Okay folks, for those of us that haven't had a good deli near us for a long time, this place is the real deal! Corned beef on rye, white fish salad made the right way, with chunks of fish, rainbow cookies, I felt like I hit the jackpot. You will not be dissapointed here. Cheap? No. High quality? YES!

Classic diner food here in bustling Owings Mills, MD! We hit up Lenny’s on a super busy work day but that didn’t hinder the great hospitality we received. The line stretched out the door! We started our order with their fantastic Chicken Matzo Ball Soup, just like bubby use to make. BIG, fluffy matzo ball swimming in hot chicken broth, covered in noodles and carrots. Chicken Pot Pie was killer and packed with creamy cubes of veggies and chicken breast. HELLO Cheesesteak... man the sub roll was BIG & SOFT 🤪 We left with happy belly’s and big smiles after seeing a friend from the past. Can’t wait to do it again soon! Thanks Lenny’s!

Food is decent but customer service at the cashier area is lousy. I was given a hard time by an extremely rude cashier today over my order. Even though it is convenient to where I work she was so rude and unnecessarily nasty I will not go back.

Our family lives in Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania now but we still love the little drive to lennys deli because we love the yummy lean cornbeef on rye and Maryland is our hometown we grew up in. God bless your wonderful business 💝

Have shopped there for carryout deli items. There are 2 older gentlemen that work behind this counter. I don't need a kiss nor a hug, but a smile once in a while would be appreciated. They both act as if I were a bother. My order is always a rather simple one. Think that you should change your customer service policy and allow them to smile ( heaven forbid ) versus a " "thank you" that is given begrudgingly. You may even see an increase in business.

The food was great the staff was great. Would definitely return. Be advised there are few places in Baltimore, surrounding area that make a great Ruben! Thanks!

Spent $22 on cheese steak sub, fries, and drink. I don't mind paying that if the meal is especially good. Everything was normal about this meal. Next time I know if I want that meal to go anywhere else and pay $10-$12. Not sure why everything was so expensive for a basic meal. Would like to see prices come down or items removed from menu. $4.50 for a small amount of normal basic fries doesn't make sense.

The best corn beef and hot dogs . All kosher. They also have a great deli and bakery.

The pastrami and corn beef sandwiches were perfect! Excellent service. I can't say the same for the extremely dry/hard fried chicken. In addition behind the grill was messy and disorganized.

Always have loved Lenny's and still do - cozy place to be and the crowds on weekends are not overwhelming. Everything I've tried (breakfasts, sandwiches, pastries, desserts, and so on) has been great! Also love the staff there, they treat you nicely even when it's busy

Not only was I hungry after an 8hr fast for surgery but I wanted to celebrate my blessing for not having to have the procedure. Praise God! Lenny's was open, close & was known for good food. The turkey sandwich with a celebration order of crisp bacon, did it for me. The delicious root beer beverage was also an added treat. Did the trick for me. Not something I could do too often with $35 for 2 sandwiches.

I have not been to Lenny's for a long time! I went there today and got a corned beef sandwich and a kosher hot dog and both were very good! You can now eat outside as well as inside!

Been going to Lennys since high school. Love the breakfast special. The coffee is good and breakfast is cooked in front of you. Bagels are very good and bacon always crispy!

First time eating there. I was hungry for a good sandwich one of my customers at my job told about Lennys and drove here and the sandwich I had was the Goliath. Best damn sandwich in the city of Baltimore. Coming soon.

Wonderful place to have all day breakfast. Friendly staff with good assortment of menu is truly amazing!!. The Butter cookies and sweet treats to crave for.

I ordered the kosher hotdog with potato salad on top of it and it was delicious. Everything I order from Lenny's is really good! They also have excellent service. I highly recommend this establishment. You definitely won't be disappointed!

Always stop here when in town. One of my favorite spots
